RETURNS

Returns are accepted for undamaged goods made within 14 days of delivery at Purchaser’s destination. Cost of shipping to and return shipping from the buyer is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item(s) arrive damaged. In either case please contact Customer Service by emailing customerservice@spectrumartgallery.org. Packages must be returned with shipping and insurance prepaid.

REFUNDS

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of Spectrum Gallery receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork plus any taxes paid (but not including any shipping or insurance costs). We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. You will receive an email when Spectrum Gallery receives your return. If you have questions, please call us 860-767-0742 during normal business hours Wednesday-Friday 11-6pm, Saturday 11.30-6pm and Sunday 11.30-5pm.

CANCELLATIONS

Any order that is not a special order can be cancelled prior to Spectrum Gallery shipping the work. Please email us at customerservice@spectrumartgallery.org or call 860-767-0742 to cancel an order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect all shipments prior to opening box and if possible make sure the driver notes any external damage to box. In any case please keep all pieces and packing material and contact customerservice@spectrumartgallery.org immediately so that a claim can be made. If the item arrives damaged, you will receive a full refund or a replacement if possible.
