September 25 – November 8, 2015. For the second year, the Arts Center Killingworth’s Annual Autumn Arts Festival (October 10-11, 2015) includes a Group Gallery Show of select pieces from participating Festival artists at Spectrum Gallery and Store. This 6 week exhibitions opens with a free Reception, Friday, September 25 (6:30-9:00pm) at the Gallery, 61 Main Street, Centerbrook, CT. The Spectrum Gallery and Store is open Wednesday-Friday (11am-6pm) Saturday (11:30am-6pm) and Sunday (11:30am-5pm).

The Autumn Arts Festival and Gallery Show involves artists and artisans from throughout the Shoreline area and parts of Connecticut including Portland, Stratford, Newington, Columbia, Middletown, as well as New York. Spectrum Gallery and Store, an expansion of the Arts Center Killingworth, opened in the spring of 2014 and presents approximately five annual exhibits showcasing painting, mixed media, sculpture and photography. The Store offers fine crafts in fabric, glass, ceramics, pottery, jewelry and more. Educational and interactive events such as classes and workshops, artist discussions and demos, and family day events are also offered at the Gallery. See our calendar of events here.

The non-profit Arts Center Killingworth, founded in 2004, organizes exhibits and concerts, and offers classes, camps and workshops for children, teens and adults. The Arts Center also provides volunteer opportunities and tax-deductible Memberships with benefits such as class and workshop discounts, complimentary tickets, members-only special invitations, and advertising and fee discounts for artists, and local and regional businesses.
